Welcome to Rundezvous. By using the platform you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account. The platform is currently available in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain.

Account

You sign in via a magic link sent to your email. There are no passwords. Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you.

Acceptable use

We expect members to be respectful, on time, and considerate of other runners. Hosts may decline attendees who break this expectation.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Liability

Group runs are organised between members. Rundezvous is the introduction layer — it is not the running coach, the host, or the safety officer. You are responsible for your own pace, your own warm-up, and your own decisions about whether a run is right for you.

Termination

You can leave at any time via your profile. We may suspend accounts that breach this policy.

Changes

We will notify you in-app of material changes to these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
